You may register as a bidder by clicking the "create bidder account" in the top right corner of the page.
All bids are legally binding contracts and payment is expected within 48 hours for all lots that you win. An e-mail will be sent to you after the auction detailing the items you won and lost.
An invoice will be sent within 2 hours of the auction end time (invoice will be in a separate e-mail from the lot details). You may pick up your winning lots at our location on the dates provided in the auction description. Please contact us at 704-771-5666 if you need an item shipped. All shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that a 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. We accept cash, Visa, Discover, and Master Card. We do not charge a credit card processing fee. No checks are accepted.
All sales are final.
** If you are entering a pre-bid for a live auction please contact us if you would like to preview the items before bidding so we can set up an appointment time. All pre-bids are subject to verification, which includes a copy of your driver's license and credit card payment information. All winning bidders will be notified after the close of the auction. Your credit card on file will be charged the winning bid amount plus the 10% buyers premium. All inventory must be picked up within 48 hours. We are happy to work with you in scheduling a time that is convenient for both parties.
